Some features of Read Aloud require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Read Aloud provides both free and paid subscription plans. Current subscription fees can be viewed here (“Subscription Fee(s)“). Subscription plans, including their pricing, duration, and terms, may be modified by Read Aloud at any time without prior notice or liability. We may offer promotional periods such as a 3-day free trial, discounted subscription rates, or other special offers. During promotional trial periods, no Subscription Fee will be charged. Upon expiration of any promotional trial or discounted period, you agree to continue using the service under the applicable subscription plan terms and fees. Read Aloud reserves the right to amend promotional offers and discounts at its sole discretion; however, any active trial period will remain unaffected until completion.

Subscription Fees will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription period through our third-party merchant of record, using the payment method on file in your Account. Payment transactions are processed via a third-party vendor accessible through our website, and receipts will be sent to your registered email. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You are responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by your chosen payment processor. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected].
If a payment fails, the third-party reseller will attempt to process the payment again upon notification of payment availability. Accounts with overdue payments may be downgraded to a free plan or suspended at our discretion.
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any applicable taxes related to your subscription payments.
READ ALOUD DOES NOT DIRECTLY PROCESS PAYMENTS. ALL PAYMENTS ARE HANDLED THROUGH PADDLE LTD (“PAYMENT PROCESSOR”). PLEASE REVIEW THEIR TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY.

Depending on your chosen subscription plan, you may request a refund by canceling within forty-eight (48) hours of your initial subscription purchase by contacting [email protected]. Outside this 48-hour window, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued to users who voluntarily cancel within the eligible refund period. No refunds will be provided if your account is terminated due to violations of these Terms. Refunds typically process within seven (7) days to the original payment method. If you revoke or dispute any payment made to Read Aloud, our third-party reseller may share relevant transaction details with payment processors, including but not limited to your email, IP address, and transaction activity. Before initiating disputes with third-party payment providers or financial institutions, you agree to contact Read Aloud directly at [email protected] to attempt resolution. Read Aloud requests a 30-day window to address and resolve billing disputes directly.

You agree not to misuse our Service. This includes, but is not limited to, modifying, distributing, or reselling our Service; interfering with its operation; or using it in violation of laws or third-party rights.

All content, software, and other materials available through Read Aloud are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

Read Aloud may integrate with third-party services such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

Read Aloud is not responsible for third-party data, content, services, or products accessed, downloaded, received, or purchased while using our services. While we may choose to block certain content or access points to protect our users or network, we do not publish or endorse third-party content. Read Aloud explicitly disclaims liability for any harm arising from your interaction with third-party content.

Our Privacy Policy, available here, is an integral part of this Agreement. Please review it carefully.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Read Aloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes and your continued use of the Service will confirm your acceptance.
